WARNING: This Trycipe is really trying. We are not the greatest chef and whatever that comes out of this Trycipe is not guaranteed to suit your taste. We can only say that it’s quite delicious. Try it at your own discretion.
But okay let’s just say for this recipe we kinda watched a lot of youtube videos of how Korean street toast are made, but we have never tried the real deal. The outcome is a hearty breakfast meal.
Ingredients:
Butter
White bread
Kimchi
Cabbage
Cheese slice / mozzarella
Tomato sauce
Ham
Eggs
Recipe:
Toast 2 slices of white bread a little in a toaster or on a pan. Go ahead and spread some butter on the bread as you toast it for extra fragrance.
Drizzle some tomato sauce on one side of each white bread. Spread it evenly.
Chop some cabbages into strips and place them on top of the tomato sauce.
Cook some eggs however you like, be it scrambled, sunny side up, poached or hard boiled (but remember to slice this) and put it on top of the cabbage.
Add some kimchi and a slice of mozzarella cheese before sandwiching the toast together.
Then, add a few slices of ham to the already tasty looking toast-in-the-making.
Lastly, put it on a pan and kinda heat both sides of the toast again for a crisp texture.
Voila and there you have it! Enjoy your ‘Korean Street’ toast!
I’ve been looking for a healthier ketchup option, and FeedSmart’s no preservative ketchup is a game-changer! It’s so reassuring to find a product made without artificial additives, especially when serving it to kids. The flavor is rich and natural, and it pairs perfectly with snacks and meals. Knowing it’s free from preservatives makes me feel good about making it a staple in our pantry. Highly recommend this ketchup to anyone who values clean and wholesome ingredients!
